Introducing HOME Ed!
HOME Ed is a standardised presentation and meeting resource series to support educational meetings. HOME Ed aims to enable healthcare professionals with knowledge and resources to promote, educate, and support other healthcare professionals who care for Australians who are diagnosed with CKD and choose the home dialysis option.

- Core slide sets on key topics, including speaker notes, developed by other health professionals who have opted to share their presentations via HOME Ed.
- Editable PDF templates to help prepare and run educational meetings: Invitation; Promotional poster; Meeting evaluation for; and a Certificate of Attendance that can be personalised for all participants.
- Facilitator/Presenter's guide to running a successful educational meeting using the HOME Ed meeting package.
